Crews dial a toll free 1-800 number on the unit's phone -  Enter their crew ID and a customized Status code to tell iST the unit's current status. For example: '1' for 'on site'; '2' for 'ready for inspection'; '3' for 'ready for Occupancy'; '4' for 'maintenance problem' -  iST instantly updates the unit's status in the iST central database.

Authorized personnel can logon to the iST web site to view your unit's current status, monitor crew activity, and communicate with guests - from anywhere they can connect to the internet.
