All the folks at instant Status Tracker have been directly involved in the Hospitality and Vacation Rental industries for many years. We own and manage vacation rental properties, from Country Inns and B&B's to vacation rental condos. We have been consistently frustrated over the years by being forced to select from a limited number of support "tools" that are over priced and under developed by people who either don't understand the way we do business, have no appreciation for our uniqe seasonal needs, or require us to purchase things we don't need or can't afford to get the things we do need. So. . . We said "enough is enough" and determined to develop our own set of "tools" to help us manage and run our properties in the simplest, most cost efficient manner possible. Our development criteria were simple, • Keep It Simple - don't put in lots of "stuff" we never use, and • Make it Affordable - we recognize that while management "tools" are nice to have, if they are too expensive it makes it hard for us to stay competitive in the marketplace.
